Carolina Vinegar-based Coleslaw



3 cups chopped Cabbage

1 cup red cabbage

1 cup chopped carrots

1/4 cup green onions

3 Tbs apple cider vinegar

2 Tbs virgin olive oil

2 Tbs sugar

1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

1/4 tsp kosher or seas salt

1/4 tsp Coleman's dry mustard

1/4 tsp celery seed


In a large bowl mix the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Add the rest of the ingredients to a separate bowl, mix well, and pour over the slaw mixture. This stuff is great on a Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich!
