Dave's Ultimate Dry Rub



1-1/2 cups Light brown sugar

1-1/4 cup Muscovado sugar

1/3 cup kosher salt or Sea salt

2 Tbs Hungarian Half-Sharp Paprika

2 Tbs Fresh cracked black pepper

1 Tbs Aleppo Chili Powder

1 Tbs Chipotle powder

1 tsp Cayenne

2 Tbs Granulated garlic

1 Tbs Granulated onion

½ tsp Ground cloves

½ tsp celery salt

¼ tsp ground sage

1/8 tsp allspice

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp Hickory smoke powder

1 Tbs Sour Salt


Mix well and store in an airtight container. Use within 6 months for best results


 NOTE: To use on Brisket double the fresh black pepper.
